I love all “S” words and I also love words that end with an open ah sound. So this word fits completely and compactly…And it opens up a whole world of relaxtion and rest. Just three little letters can invite a whole day of leisure.

A workout on P90x that is extrememly hard and one of the worst workouts on the fitness program. The workouts remind me of what a pro-football player would have to do when training. I had to do this as the second workout on the program which made me realize I am very out of [...]
When I was a teenager the mother of one of my friends said I was “an eclectic.” I knew what the word meant as an adjective but had never heard it used in that (unusual) way. I have long considered that one of the best compliments I’ve ever received.

I can’t think of a picnic without imagining a basket topped with a red and white gingham cloth under which lies [...]
it rolls off the tongue like a piece of ice off your palm.
slug-uh-bed

Its a very feel-good word with a ring to it. I am not sure, that is probably, due to the pre-conceived notion of the relation of the word to psychoactive drugs (but honestly, I learnt the word earlier, later came to now about the drug..)
I named my blog after the same.. “Ecstasy is [...]
Say it slowly: smaaarrrmmmmly Can’t you just see that smarmy oily greasy personality oozing toward you, smiling and gushing about… Never mind your high school teacher using “murmur” to explain onomatopoeia, smarmy takes the crown. (Takes the cake?)
