Ineluctable

You cannot escape the meaning of this word, which means “cannot avoid or escape.”
I was always trying to find words my mother hadn’t heard or read. It was most unfair she had a head start by being born before I was. She also read and did crossword puzzles daily. I could never catch up.
The odd thing about ‘ineluctable’ is that there is no ‘eluctable’
