It is just such a beautifully sounding word. Cup your hands over your ears, and say the word “penguin” and listen to how it reverberates inside of your head. The “sanguine penguin” is one of my favorite couplings of words!

Interesting that the origin of the word penguin comes from the welsh meaning ‘white-headed’especially when penguins have jet-black heads
And it’s one of the few words in English that (probably) comes from Welsh: pen “head” and gwyn “white”.
