She went so far as to open all the windows one day. The gentle spring breeze was menacing. It means, it cannot be helped, much like the words, Que Sera Sera. I like this word because it feels so good to say it, it kind of lingers in the back of your throat until the last sylable forces it all out. There [...] Favorite Word: Addis Ababa Why?: Never been there and don’t know much about it except that it’s the capital city of Ethiopia and translates as New Flower. But it sounds good. There is a satisfying symmetry in the appearance and spelling of Ababa and as you say it, you look rather like a fish [...] Favorite Word: Akimbo Why?: Because saying ” I Have My Arms Akimbo!” is much more effective than just standing there. However it is the triple ‘s’ that I love. You don’t see that often.
