Ubiquitious

Existing or being everywhere at the same time; constantly encountered; widespread.

During my career I used this word in the cover letter of my resume to describe my employment accomplishments. More times than not, potential employers admitted that they had to look up the word’s meaning. Amusing. To me, the word has a nice flow to it. A busy word with a busy meaning.

    it’s ubiquitous, not ubiquitious!

Ubiquitous can NOT be used in the context you described. McDonalds restaurants are ubiquitous. Employment accomplishments are not ubiquitous.
    Amusing.

Another good synonym is “omnipresent.” The prefix omni means “all.” So, omnipotent means “all powerful,” omniana means bits of information from everywhere and omnify means to enlarge or make universal.

This word is on my list too. But I agree that your usage is questionable. If I had been the potential employer, I would have guessed that you meant you had many different jobs all over the place and would have been nervous about your stability. When Ryan Seacrest had his talk show along with his KIIS and American Idol gigs, he was ubiquitous.
