Serendipity

It is just wonderful that there is a word that means “a happy accident.” I also love the way it sounds.

On Inside the Actors Studio, Ricky Gervais said “serendipity” was voted Great Britain’s favorite word. R.G. said he hated that word because it sounded very Mary Poppins. But I like it too — it’s a cool word.
