It is the bony protuberance on either side of the ankle, at the lower end of the fibula or of the tibia. I most definitely enjoyed learning names of all of the bony landmarks in Anatomy class. The makeup of the human body is one of the most fascinating things in this life. So many more terms to note. Who can really pick a favorite?
