The perfect day starts with azure skies. Azure is that color of blue that sits in your mind; brilliant and bold. The color of the deep ocean and great open skies. there’s freedom and mystery in the azure.

I LOVE this word too! Ever since I wrote a poem in the 70′s that described an azure sky, I have loved this word! Thanks for posting it!
Absolutely agree with this. Azure always makes me think of beautiful blue skies on summer days. It’s a comfortable and beautiful word.
